GRR Group acquires Sky market in Wankendorf.

The GRR Group has acquired a Sky grocery store in Wankendorf (Schleswig-Holstein) from the Danish fund K/S Asschenfeldt, Tyskland Super XI for GRR German Retail Fund No. 1.

The transaction volume was around EUR 4.2 million.

Built in 1996, the property was extended by around 900 m² in 2003 and modernised again in 2015. The total lettable area is around 3,000 m² with a sales area of around 2,000 m². It is a very well established location with residential buildings in the immediate vicinity, a very good competitive position and optimal transport connections.

The transaction was accompanied by Hagemeister Development from Molfsee.
