A German family office has acquired a practice clinic in Kronshagen near Kiel (Schleswig-Holstein). The seller is a Danish fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

As an outpatient surgery centre, the day clinic with 12 doctors' practices covers a broad spectrum of various specialist areas.
The 5-storey practice clinic was built in 1992 and is in a very good location in Kiel-Kronshagen. Inner access is via a central entrance area on the ground floor, to the floors via the elevator and the staircase.

The property covers a total of 2,983 m². The practice areas amount to 2,895 m² and a total of 94 car parking spaces (parking pallet) are available.
