HABONA purchase EDEKA-Center in Krumbach (Bavaria)
Habona Nahversorgungsfonds Deutschland has acquired an E-Center in Krumbach (Bavaria)
The seller is the Danish fund K/S Krumbach based in Copenhagen. The E-Center was built in 1999 and has a rental area of 3,650 m2, the plot size is 10,667 m2. A total of approx. 175 car parking spaces are available.
EDEKA Südbayern has leased the property on a permanent basis until 2034 an can exercise further options after the end of the lease period.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Hagemeister Development has mediated, structured and accompanied the transaction.
