A family office from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired 2 specialist stores in Schwentinental, Mergenthaler Straße 20. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property is located on a plot of approx. 6,655 sqm. Tenants are FRESSNAPF XXL and Shoe4You as well as a sports professional market (stock) with a total rental area of 2,925 sqm.

The sale took place as part of an asset deal.
