A family office from Munich has acquired 2 commercial buildings in Neumünster, Rendsburger Straße 2 - 10 and 12 - 14. The seller is a Danish fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The properties are located on a plot of approx. 15,362 sqm and were built in 1999/2000.

The two office and commercial buildings (parts A and B) do not have basements and are and have two and three storeys respectively. The ground floors are mainly occupied by shops of various sizes. Medical practices are located on the upper floors.

Tenants include MegaBike, kik, McFit, physiotherapy, radiology, doctors, DEKRA training centre with a total rental area of 7,292 sqm.

The sale took place within the framework of an asset deal.
