A private investor from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired the commercial building in Mölln, Grambeker Weg 28 - 36. The seller is a Danish fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property consists of several commercial units and was built in 1993. The commercial building has a rental area of approx. 2,183 sqm on a 6,796 sqm plot.

Anchor tenants are KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH and a dance school.

The sale took place within the framework of an asset deal.
