100% leased commercial property in Flensburg (SH) sold

A family office from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired a commercial property in Flensburg, Schleswiger Straße 80. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property is located in a commercial park between the shopping centre "Förde Park" and Flensburg city centre and is let on a long-term basis to a fitness studio and a sanitary wholesale business. The total lettable area is 2,963 sqm, the plot is 6,286 sqm.

The sale took place as part of an asset deal.
