Former hospital in Neumünster (SH) sold

A family office from Hamburg has acquired a residential and commercial property in Neumünster, Marienstraße 49-51. The seller is a private asset management company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property was previously used as a hospital and medical care centre. The total lettable area is approx. 1,600 sqm, the plot is 2,035 sqm.

Since 2019, the property has been converted and is currently used as a day care, assisted living with nursing service. Long-term contracts have been concluded with the nursing service and the day care, and the tenants have concluded separate care contracts.

The sale took place within the framework of an asset deal.
