A family office from Bavaria has acquired the TEDOX specialist store in Neumünster, Rendsburger Straße 16. The seller is Deutsche Konsum Reit AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property is located in Neumünster's city centre and is let to TEDOX on a long-term lease. The total lettable area is 4,630 sqm, the plot is 7,394 sqm.

The sale took place as part of an asset deal.
