100% leased commercial property in Flensburg (SH) sold

A family office from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired a commercial property in Flensburg, Schleswiger Straße 103 - 105. The seller is a Danish trading group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property is located in a commercial park between the "Förde Park" shopping centre and Flensburg city centre and has been let on a long-term basis to a Danish company and a fibre optic network operator.

The well-located commercial property is built up with a large warehouse complex. In addition to the warehouse space, some of which can be used for high-bay storage, there is additional office space in the property, which has been modernised. The warehouse is equipped with numerous loading ramps. There is sufficient access to the property from Schleswiger Straße as well as from Gutenbergstraße. A separate workshop and 4 flats are also part of the property.

The total lettable area is 11,800 sqm and the plot measures 19,459 sqm.

The sale took place within the framework of an asset deal.
