Former "Burger King property" in Neumünster sold

"Junge, die Bäckerei" acquires former "Burger King" property

Con Pane GmbH (Lübeck) has acquired a commercial property in Neumünster, Rendsburger Straße 22. The seller is a Danish fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property was built in 1999 and is located on a 1,838 sqm plot. In addition, an adjoining plot of land with 1,464 sqm was acquired.

The usable building area is approx. 415 sqm.

A new bakery branch "Junge, die Bäckerei" with a drive-in concept is planned. Con Pane GmbH will invest a high 6-figure sum in the location.

The sale took place within the framework of an asset deal.

Hagemeister Development acted in an advisory and mediatory capacity.
