DEFAMA sells retail park in Büdelsdorf

100% let commercial property in Büdelsdorf/Rendsburg (SH) sold

A family office from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired the retail centre in Büdelsdorf, Hollerstraße 47 - 63. The seller is DEFAMA AG. The purchase price is € 6.700.000,-- and the current annual net rent is around € 550.000,--.

The main tenant of the property, which was built in 1991 and modernised by DEFAMA in recent years, is a fitness studio. Other tenants include TEDi and Jeans Fritz as well as a number of owner-managed shops such as a tanning studio, creative market, organic market, flower shop, Tupperware studio, snack bar, dental practice and dental laboratory.

The total lettable area is 5.672 sqm. The property is 10.309 sqm in size and has 140 car parking spaces.

The property was sold as part of an asset deal.
