A family office from Schleswig-Holstein has acquired the NETTO store in Niebüll, Gather Landstraße 49. The seller is a Hamburg real estate company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property is very centrally located on a major traffic artery, which is surrounded by a large residential area and is let exclusively to NETTO. The total rental area is 1,127 sqm and the plot is 4,719 sqm in size. The property was built in 2013 and has 72 parking spaces.

The sale took place as part of an asset deal.
